# Cancellations and Redemptions

**I changed my mind, can I request a refund or withdraw my funds from the liquidity pool I was interested in investing into?**

The smart contract used by the platform ensures that user funds are securely locked in a non-custodial manner. Users have the ability to withdraw their assets from a project's pool within a predefined period, which is subject to regulatory approval. If a user wishes to withdraw their assets based on NAV Redemption, the smart contract will return their assets.

In the event that a user is flagged for fraudulent or related activities during funding rounds and is thus forced to "rage quit," the user will receive a refund of their proceeds from any investments made. Additionally, to comply with global regulations, the user's account will be assessed by an internal risk team.
